Our Story
A farm-to-fork journey that started from growing their own greens to nurturing their own cows, to provide hormone and adulteration-free milk and greens for her daughter who was born with multiple food allergies. This step turned into the advent of a very niche and beautiful restaurant and bakery as a ‘Farm to Fork’ concept called ‘Elina Vara’ in New Delhi. The majority of the ingredients come from either her own farm or nearby local farms. The concept goes beyond standard dining, featuring an in-house bakery that is free from commercial yeast. Looking ahead, she has plans to open the farm for visitors, allowing them the opportunity to see firsthand where their food comes from and to experience the joy of farm life.

HOW IT STARTED!
The coffee at this restaurant needs special mention because of its artisan roasters. The food is fresh and crunchy due to the addition of self-made hydroponic greens. Alongside what will comfort your taste-buds are the home made sauces and the purees they used in the dishes. The restaurant accommodates a variety of diff erent lifestyles like vegan and gluten-free. Elina Vara also showcases an artisanal bakery exploring new formats and creating baked goods with a culinary spin, crafted by hand and baked fresh every morning.
